UNIVERS boxes are the most versatile solution for receiving parcels safely.
They can be combined in a single grouping with UNIVERS mailboxes.
ADVANTAGES:
• Enables universal delivery. The system allows any courier choosing any recipient listed on the display. Recipient uses his personal code to collect the parcel.
• Eliminates the digital barrier. It is easy using; there is no need of mobile phone use or any website registration.
• It’s sustainable. Its energy consumption is very low and it does not use internet resources. By avoiding failed deliveries, it reduces the carbon footprint.
• Promotes the circular economy. The parcel boxes are shared by the recipients and used by allo the couriers, including local businesses. Maintenance needs are minimal, but in the event of any eventual incident, there is a technical service protocol available.
• It is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Each recipient can choose delivery only on parcel boxes below 1,4 m.
• Protects privacy. Each recipient chooses whether to display their name, or just their floor and door.
• It is free to use. Each recipient chooses whether to accept delivery on parcel boxes or hand delivery.
• It is smart. The Administrator can solve practical problems (open parcel boxes with packages that have not been picked up for a long period, user registrations, cancellations…)
• Combinable with Univers mailboxes. Univers parcel boxes can be combined in a single grouping with Univers mailboxes, allowing parcels and mail to be delivered in a single unit.
